1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using LoreBeacon (the “Service”), operated by Celestix (Pty) Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and “you” means both you and that organization.
2. What LoreBeacon provides
LoreBeacon is a writing and publishing platform. It provides a chapter editor for your manuscript, a story bible for your characters, places, relationships, timelines, and maps, optional AI assistance, export to common ebook and document formats, and a community where you can publish chapters and readers can find them.
Features change over time. We may add, modify, or withdraw features, and some features may be offered as previews or betas that are less stable than the rest of the Service.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf. If you are in a jurisdiction that sets a higher minimum age for consent to data processing, that higher age applies.
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@lorebeacon.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Do not share your credentials or let anyone else use your account.
One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade suspension, to inflate reads, praise, or comments, or to manipulate any ranking or discovery feature.
4. Your content and ownership
You own the manuscripts, story bible entries, images, and other materials you create or upload (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not sell it.
To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, reproduce, and process Your Content solely so we can provide the features you use. That includes displaying it back to you, running the AI actions you trigger, generating exports, and, where you choose to publish, displaying it to readers.
For content you publish, that license extends to showing it publicly on LoreBeacon, including in Explore, search results, previews, and recommendations, and to allowing readers to share links to it. This license exists only to run the Service. It ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period and anything we must keep by law.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies. Export is available at any time in EPUB, PDF, and DOCX.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload and publish Your Content, and that it does not infringe anyone else, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights.
5. Publishing, readers, and public pages
Nothing is public until you publish it. Draft books, unpublished chapters, and your story bible are private to your account. When you publish, the chapter text, the cover and description of the book, and your public profile become readable by anyone, including people who are not signed in and automated services such as search engines.
Readers can praise, comment on, follow, save, and report published work. Comments are the responsibility of the person who wrote them. You can report content to us and we may remove it, but we are not obliged to monitor every interaction.
Unpublishing removes content from public view going forward. It cannot retrieve copies that other people have already saved, quoted, or cached.
6. Content standards
LoreBeacon hosts fiction, including dark, violent, and adult themes. Fiction is not the problem. The following are prohibited regardless of framing, genre, or artistic intent:
- Any sexual content involving minors, including written, drawn, or generated depictions, and any content that sexualizes a real child.
- Content that promotes, incites, or provides instructions for real world violence, terrorism, or serious harm.
- Credible threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, or the publication of another person’s private information.
- Hate speech that attacks or dehumanizes people on the basis of a protected characteristic.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting a real identifiable person without their consent.
- Content that infringes copyright or trademark, including work that is not yours to publish.
- Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or other means of mass harm, whether presented as fiction or otherwise.
- Malware, phishing, fraud, spam, or attempts to deceive readers about who wrote something or what it is.
Where mature content is permitted, you must label it accurately so readers can make an informed choice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, to other accounts, or to any system or network connected to it.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a disclosure process we have agreed to in writing.
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk download content except as permitted by our robots file, or use the Service to build a competing dataset or train a machine learning model on other people’s work.
- Interfere with the proper working of the Service, including by placing unreasonable load on it or circumventing any limit or rate control.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties other than as intended.
- Manipulate reads, praise, comments, rankings, or any discovery feature, including through automation or coordinated activity.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
8. Moderation and enforcement
We may review reported content and, where we consider it necessary, remove content, restrict its visibility, or suspend or terminate an account. We try to act proportionately, and for anything other than clear and serious violations we will normally tell you what happened and give you a way to respond.
We may act immediately and without notice where content appears to involve a risk to a person, sexual content involving minors, an active security threat, or a legal requirement.
We are not obliged to monitor content proactively, and moderation decisions are not a judgement on the literary merit of your work.
9. Copyright complaints
We respond to valid copyright complaints and remove infringing material. If you believe your work has been copied onto LoreBeacon without permission, follow the process in our Copyright Policy and email copyright@lorebeacon.com.
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may contest it using the same contact address.
10. AI-assisted features
Some features use artificial intelligence to draft story bible entries, extract characters and places from your chapters, generate structured map data, and answer questions about your own work. These features run only when you trigger them.
AI output can be wrong. It may contain factual errors, inconsistencies, or invented details, and it may resemble other work. You are responsible for reviewing anything the AI produces before you rely on it or publish it. Do not treat AI output as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
As between you and us, you own the output generated for you, subject to any rights of the underlying model providers and to the fact that similar output may be generated for other users. We do not warrant that AI output is original or free of third-party rights.
To provide these features we send the relevant parts of your content to third-party model providers. See our Privacy Policy for who they are and what they do with it. We do not use your private content to train our own models.
Usage limits may apply, and we may change or withdraw AI features, including the underlying models, at any time.
11. Premium, payments, and refunds
Core writing features are free. Premium is a paid subscription that removes advertising, raises AI usage limits, and adds a profile badge. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are inclusive or exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Premium features until then.
Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable. Statutory cancellation rights are not affected by anything in these terms. In particular, section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 gives a South African consumer the right to cancel an electronic transaction without reason and without penalty within seven days, and section 14 of the Consumer Protection Act allows a consumer to cancel a fixed term agreement on 20 business days notice.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. By starting a subscription you may be asked to agree that we begin supplying immediately, which can reduce that right once the service has been supplied. If your local law gives you any other cancellation or withdrawal right, that right applies and nothing in these terms takes it away.
We may change prices. We will give at least 30 days notice of a change affecting your subscription, and the new price applies from your next billing period. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
12. Advertising
The Service may display advertising to users who are not on Premium. Advertisers may buy placements through our marketplace, subject to the separate terms presented at the time of purchase and to our approval.
We may reject or remove any advertisement for any reason. Advertisements are the responsibility of the advertiser, and displaying one is not an endorsement by us. Interacting with an advertisement is a matter between you and the advertiser.
13. Feedback and suggestions
If you send us feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or ideas, whether through the Support Center or any other channel, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction, compensation, or attribution. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential or that you are not free to share.
14. Our intellectual property
The Service itself, including its software, design, interface, name, logo, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service while your account is in good standing. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.
15. Third-party services
We rely on third parties for hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, payments, and AI model access. Their availability and performance are outside our control. The Service may also link to sites we do not operate, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
16. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not promise any particular level of uptime and we do not offer service credits. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. If we discontinue the Service as a whole, we will give reasonable notice where we can and a period in which to export your work.
Beta and preview features are provided as they are, may change or disappear without notice, and are excluded from any warranty.
17. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI OUTPUT, WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, ORIGINAL, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM US CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT STATED HERE.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, if you are a consumer as defined in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”), nothing here excludes or limits any right you have under the CPA, and nothing here excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Your attention is specifically drawn to this section and to the Limitation of liability section below. They limit our risk and our liability, and they may affect the remedies available to you. If any part of them is unclear, contact us before you use the Service.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR R2 000, OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.
These limits do not apply to loss caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and they do not limit any right you have under the CPA. Section 51 of the CPA does not permit a supplier to exclude liability for gross negligence, and we do not attempt to.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of your work. Export is available at any time.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Celestix (Pty) Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. We will notify you of any such claim and may participate in the defense at our own cost.
20. Termination and inactive accounts
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@lorebeacon.com from the address on the account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your account is used unlawfully, or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Where the breach is not serious we will normally warn you first.
We may treat an account as inactive after a long period with no sign in and, after reasonable notice to your registered email, remove its data. Export your work if you plan to be away for a long time.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and general provisions.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and delete your account.
22. International use and local law
The Service is operated from the Republic of South Africa and is available internationally. We make no representation that the Service, or any content on it, is appropriate or available in every location. If you use the Service from somewhere else, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you.
This matters most for what you publish. Content that is lawful where you live may be unlawful elsewhere, and publishing on LoreBeacon makes your work readable worldwide. You are responsible for your own content, and we are not responsible for whether it is lawful in every country that can reach it.
Your local consumer rights survive these terms. If the law of the country where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, those rights apply and nothing in these terms limits them. Where a provision here conflicts with such a right, that provision does not apply to you to the extent of the conflict, and the rest of these terms continue in force.
Data protection. We are subject to the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) as the responsible party. Where the General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, or a comparable law applies to our processing of your personal information because of where you are, we handle your information in line with that law as well, and you keep the rights it gives you. Using the Service involves transferring your information across borders, including to South Africa and to the countries where our hosting and AI providers operate. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
Sanctions and export control. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it, or if the law of your country or ours prohibits your use.
Currency and tax. Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. You are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or bank and currency conversion charges that your payment provider or your country applies.
23. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the section below, the courts of the Republic of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may be entitled to bring proceedings there.
24. Dispute resolution
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@lorebeacon.com. Most problems are resolved quickly once someone looks at them, and we will try in good faith to resolve any dispute within 60 days.
If you are a consumer under the CPA and we cannot resolve the matter between us, you may refer the dispute to an accredited consumer ombud, to the National Consumer Commission, or to the National Consumer Tribunal, and you may approach a court. Nothing in these terms requires you to give up any of those routes.
If you are a consumer outside South Africa, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
25. General provisions
Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Copyright Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede any earlier understanding.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable while preserving its intent, and the remaining provisions continue in force.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Waiver. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Any waiver must be in writing.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, strikes, power or network failures, and third-party service outages.
No third-party beneficiaries. These terms do not create rights for anyone who is not a party to them.
Notices. We give notice by email to the address on your account or through the Service. You give notice to us at the address in the Contact section.
Time limit on claims. To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to these terms or the Service must be brought within two years of when it arose, or within the shortest longer period the law requires.
Headings. Headings are for convenience and have no legal effect.

Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
LoreBeacon is operated by Celestix (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of South Africa. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) we are the responsible party for the personal information described here. Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing, we are the controller.
Our service providers, such as our hosting and AI providers, are operators under POPIA and processors under the GDPR. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
Privacy questions, requests, and complaints: privacy@lorebeacon.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address and a password. Authentication is handled by our infrastructure provider, Supabase, which stores your password in salted, hashed form. We never see or store your password in plain text.
Profile information
If you complete your author profile, we store the display name, biography, and profile photo you provide, along with the public handle you claim for your author page.
Content you create
We store what you create so we can provide the service: books and chapters, story bible entries such as characters, locations, factions, items and events, relationships and character trees, maps, plot timelines, tags, images you upload such as cover art and profile photos, and manuscripts you import, which we process into chapters.
Your writing may itself contain personal information, whether about you or about other people. You decide what to put in it, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis where your content includes information about identifiable living people.
Publishing and community activity
If you publish, the chapters, book details, and profile information you mark public become visible to anyone. We also store your reads, praise, comments, follows, reading list, and any reports you submit.
Support messages
Messages you send us through the Support Center are stored with your account so we can reply and keep the history of the conversation.
Payment information
If you subscribe to Premium, payment is handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the transaction and your subscription status. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Technical and usage information
We and our providers automatically receive certain information when you use LoreBeacon, such as IP address, browser and device type, and log data. We use cookies and local storage as described in the Cookies section below.
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis
POPIA requires that processing be justified, and the GDPR requires a legal basis. This is what we rely on:
- To provide the service (your account, your writing, exports, publishing, support). Necessary for performance of our contract with you. Under POPIA, necessary to carry out actions for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party.
- To run optional AI features when you trigger them. Performance of our contract, at your request.
- To keep the service secure and to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and manipulation of reads or rankings. Our legitimate interests, and yours, in a safe service.
- To moderate content and enforce our terms. Legitimate interests, and in some cases a legal obligation.
- To show advertising to users who are not on Premium. Legitimate interests. Advertising is not personalised using your private writing.
- To improve the service using aggregated and statistical information. Legitimate interests.
- To send service and security emails. Performance of our contract. Marketing email, if we ever send it, would be on consent and you could withdraw it at any time.
- To comply with law and respond to lawful requests. Legal obligation.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether our interest is overridden by your rights, and you can object at any time using the contact address above.
4. AI features and how your content is processed
AI features are optional and run only when you trigger them. When you do, the relevant text from your manuscript or story bible is sent to our AI provider to produce the result, which is then saved to your account.
AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and you remain responsible for reviewing it. We do not use your private content to train our own models, and we instruct our AI provider not to use content submitted through our integration to train theirs.
We do not use AI to make decisions about you that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects, so no automated decision making in the sense of GDPR Article 22 or POPIA section 71 takes place.
5. Who we share it with
We share information with a small number of providers strictly to operate the service. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Supabase. Authentication, database, and file storage for your account, content, and uploaded images.
- Groq. AI inference for the optional generation features. Receives the text you submit when you run an AI action, in order to return a result.
- Vercel. Application hosting and delivery.
- Resend. Delivery of account and service email.
- Our payment provider. Processing of Premium subscriptions.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your private content with third parties for their own marketing. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. International transfers
LoreBeacon is operated from South Africa and used internationally. Your information will be transferred across borders, including to South Africa and to the countries where our providers operate, which include the United States and the European Union.
POPIA section 72 permits a transfer where the recipient is subject to a law or binding agreement providing an adequate level of protection, or where the transfer is necessary for the performance of our contract with you. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on adequacy decisions where they exist and otherwise on Standard Contractual Clauses with the recipient.
7. How we store and protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, as POPIA section 19 requires. These include encryption in transit, row level security on every database table so one account cannot read another’s data, hashed passwords, scoped file storage, and access controls on administrative tools.
No system is completely secure. If a security compromise affects your personal information, we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA section 22 requires, and any other regulator or individual that applicable law requires, as soon as reasonably possible after establishing the extent of the compromise.
8. How long we keep it
- Your content is kept while your account is open, so the service works. Deleted chapters go to a trash state first and are then removed.
- Account information is kept while your account is open.
- Backups may retain copies for a limited period after deletion before they are overwritten.
- Support messages are kept so we have the history of the conversation.
- Records we must keep by law, such as transaction records for tax purposes, are kept for the period the law requires.
When you delete your account we delete your personal information and content, except where we are required to keep it. Export your work first if you want to keep it.
9. Your rights
Under POPIA, and under the GDPR or UK GDPR where they apply to you, you have the right to:
- Ask whether we hold personal information about you and get a copy.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Have information deleted where it is no longer needed, was collected unlawfully, or you withdraw the consent it relied on.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Ask us to restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Receive information you gave us in a portable format, and have it sent to another provider where technically feasible. Export to EPUB, PDF, and DOCX is available at any time from within the app.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent.
- Not be subject to unsolicited electronic direct marketing.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@lorebeacon.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law requires, which is one month under the GDPR. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. POPIA requests may be made on Form 2 prescribed under the Act.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to a regulator:
- South Africa. The Information Regulator (South Africa), which handles POPIA complaints.
- European Union. The supervisory authority of the member state where you live or work.
- United Kingdom.The Information Commissioner’s Office.
10. If you are in California
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of sale or sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. To make a request, email privacy@lorebeacon.com.
11. Children
You must be at least 13 to use LoreBeacon. POPIA treats anyone under 18 as a child, and processing a child’s personal information requires the consent of a competent person, normally a parent or guardian. If you are under 18, you may only use LoreBeacon with that consent, and by using it you confirm you have it.
In parts of the EU the minimum age for consenting to online services is 16 unless national law sets it lower. Where that applies to you, the higher age applies.
If you believe a child has given us personal information without the necessary consent, email privacy@lorebeacon.com and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use LoreBeacon after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.

Copyright Policy
1. You own your work
You retain all copyright and other rights in the manuscripts, story bible, images, and other materials you create or upload to LoreBeacon. Using our AI features to draft or organize material does not transfer your ownership to us. We only use your content as described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy — to host, process, and (where you choose) publish it.
2. Content generated with AI
LoreBeacon’s AI features generate suggestions grounded in the text you provide. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output and for ensuring the material you keep and publish does not infringe anyone else’s rights. The legal status of AI-generated text can vary by jurisdiction; you should not assume that purely machine-generated content is automatically protectable.
3. Our intellectual property
The LoreBeacon name, logo, application, and design are owned by LoreBeacon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or use them except as necessary to use the Service. Public author sites you create may use your own branding, fonts, and colors that you supply.
4. Respect others’ rights
Do not upload or publish content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights. Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
5. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content hosted on LoreBeacon — for example on a public author site — infringes a copyright you own or control, you can send us a notice at copyright@lorebeacon.com. Please include:
- your name, address, email, and (if acting for the owner) your authority to act;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- the URL or a clear description of the material you are reporting so we can locate it;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
6. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction as required by applicable law.
7. Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
